“Katie” is a gorgeous buttermilk BUCKSKIN Quarter Horse Mare. She is 13 years old and stands 15 hands tall. Katie is the complete package! She is truly a trail horse deluxe. Katie is GENTLE, kind, and has all of the patience in the world. She is super level-headed and is an absolute pleasure to be around. Katie has been taken on many trail rides and is the same horse every time. She will go anywhere you point her and cross anything you ask willingly. Katie has ridden through anywhere from the roughest terrain to the next-door neighbor’s backyard. This beautiful girl is BROKE and is so fun to ride. Katie rides on a loose reign, will neck reign like a dream, and has a beautiful and smooth lope. She has no spook, buck, or silly business whatsoever. Katie will stand tied patiently, is great to bathe and groom, and is perfect for the farrier. I have included a photo of a small blemish on Katie’s right front ankle that she’s had since she was a baby. It does not bother her one bit and is simply cosmetic.
