“Josie” is a beautiful black & white paint Quarter mare. This wonderful mare is 15.2 hands tall and stout enough to carry any rider. She is very well broke. She is very soft in her face and rides in just a snaffle bit. She will flex and bend and give her nose. She is a seasoned trail riding horse. She will go anywhere that you ask her without complaint. She is very sure footed even on shifty ground. She will cross water whether it is a mud hole or the river. She will wade off in the mud and she will put her ears forward being sure to put her feet somewhere that will hold. She is so much fun to ride. She will walk along easy and she has a nice little trot. She also has a really nice canter. It doesn’t matter how long she goes without being ridden. She stays broke and GENTLE! She has been ridden on the road and she is traffic safe. She has been to the 4H shows. She will run the barrels and the poles. She has a wonderful disposition. She loves people and loves to spend time with you!! She is good for the farrier. She stands quiet for mounting.
