Baxter is an awesome older ranch horse. He is the type that when they say you can knock the ice off his back and go to work he is it! Easy to catch, good for farrier and vet, loads, bath, tacks up great, and rides off gently with no problems. Parades, carried the flag in the grand entry at the rodeos, trail rode, overnight camps, drug calves to the fire, doctored in the pasture, gathered, sorting, he has done it all. If you are looking for a nice honest horse for the whole family or just you to have a safe and fun trail ride on we believe Baxter is the one. He currently does not have shoes. SAFE – GENTLE – SOUND
